When is the rsvp deadline
June 2nd! You can rsvp at any time right here.
1
What should I wear?
2
We’re celebrating in Summer Formal attire, which means floor length gowns and suits. Think elevated, seasonally appropriate, and comfortable enough to enjoy the evening!
To make things easier, we’ve created a style guide with inspiration and specifics. You can view it here.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Outdoors! Welcome drinks, ceremony, and cocktail hour will be on the Mount Adams and Mount Hood lawns. Dinner and dancing will move into a covered, open-air reception space on the property.
3
What time should i arrive for the ceremony?
Our ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM. The property will open to guests at 3:00 PM, and we’ll have welcome drinks and space to mingle before we begin.
Feel free to arrive anytime after 3:00 PM, but we kindly ask that everyone be seated and settled by 4:00 PM.

Our wedding is a celebration not only of our relationship, but of the community that helped shape it. Because of that, we’ve been intentional about our guest list and are asking that only those listed on the invitation attend.
If you’re in a serious relationship and your partner wasn’t included, please reach out. We’d love to connect before the wedding and talk it through.
5
Can i bring a plus one?
While we love your little ones, we’ll be celebrating with an adults-only (21+) evening.
We appreciate you making arrangements to join us.
6
Are children invited?
Yes. On-site parking will be available for guests.
We will also provide shuttle service to and from downtown Hood River for anyone who would prefer not to drive. You can find the shuttle schedule here.
7
is there parking at the venue?
Early August in Hood River is typically warm and sunny during the day, with temperatures often in the mid-80s. Evenings in the Gorge tend to cool off once the sun sets, so we recommend bringing a light layer for dinner and dancing.
We’ll be outdoors for much of the celebration, so plan accordingly.

What will the weather be like?
Will the bar be open?
9
Girl, of course.
Your presence truly means the world to us. We know many of you are traveling a long way and going to great expense to celebrate with us, and we absolutely do not expect gifts.
If you would like to give something, we will have a registry available on our website soon.
