Hood River is a small, beautiful town, and lodging fills up very quickly during summer weekends. If you’re seeing limited availability, don’t panic. Two people as Type A as us would never leave our guests without a range of options. We have two properties below with small room blocks reserved! If none of these work for you, please do not hesitate to text or email us. We assure you, even our backup plans have backup plans.
Staying In Hood River
THE IRISH INN
This is a sweet, family owned bed and breakfast. The owners, Andrea and David, have reserved the full property for our guests which includes five bedrooms with a shared garden space and various accommodations.
HISTORIC HOOD RIVER HOTEL
This is a lovely, aptly named, historic hotel with comfortable rooms. We’ve personally stayed here before (bonus points if you can find Benny’s photo on the wall) and had a wonderful time. We have a small room block available here.
LIGHTWELL HOTEL
For a slightly more upscale experience at a popular and brand-new hotel in town, we really like Lightwell Hotel and Spa! They do require a three night minimum booking and we do not have rooms reserved in advance.
Looking to stay with a group of people?
In our experience, getting a large airbnb with multiple bedrooms is more affordable per-person than trying to find a single room property. If you’re having trouble finding the right spot, we’d be happy to help!
